"Families are as diverse as individuals. The activities they do together vary, but one thing is true for all of them: "In family relationships love is really spelled t-i-m-e, time." Whether family members get together for scheduled outings, sharing interests, or serving others, these gatherings strengthen relationships that can be eternal."
President Dieter F. Uchtdorf

Our Last Moments... Goodbye Disney Cruise

Our last show on the Disney Cruise.
This was Lauren after waking up in the morning and learning that it was time to pack up and go. She said, "This is the worst day ever on the Disney Cruise!" "I don't want to go home!" And, then she threw herself down on the bed.
Our last breakfast on the boat.
Just waiting for our character to be called and then we would be leaving our heaven at sea.
Last picture of Brian and I on the boat.
Last picture of our family on the boat.
Last cousin picture on the boat.
Walking the plank to get off the boat. This is not nearly as fun as walking the plank to get on the boat.

Goodbye Disney Cruise. (I think this man's face shows exactly how we all felt about leaving the Disney Cruise). This was the MOST fun, MOST exciting, MOST relaxing, MOST adventurous, MOST Disney, MOST delicious, MOST like heaven trip EVER! I loved every minute and I loved sharing it with all my family! My parents are the MOST loving and generous people EVER! I could never come up with the right words to express how much gratitude I have for their generosity. This was a magical trip filled with wonder and fun! We LOVED it! Thank you, Thank you!

The Best Disney Song Ever Written... by a Heywood

This is the best Disney song ever written! Branson came up with this and a few of the kids performed it! It was so darling. The words are sung to the 12 Days of Christmas.

The 7 Days of the Disney Cruise
by Branson Heywood

On the first day of the Disney Cruise our waiters gave to me... Mickey's Macaroni and Cheese!
On the second day of the Disney Cruise our waiters gave to me... 2 pieces of bacon and Mickey's Macaroni and Cheese.
On the third day of the Disney Cruise our waiters gave to me... 3 scoops of ice cream, 2 pieces of bacon and Mickey's macaroni and cheese.
On the fourth day of the Disney Cruise our waiters gave to me... 4 turkey legs, 3 scoops of ice cream, 2 pieces of bacon and Mickey's macaroni and cheese.
On the fifth day of the Disney Cruise our waiters gave to me... 5 MINNIE BURGERS (sing slower and hold longer)
4 turkey legs, 3 scoops of ice cream, 2 pieces of bacon and Mickey's macaroni and cheese.
On the sixth day of the Disney Cruise our waiters gave to me... 6 crusty pizzas, 5 MINNIE BURGERS (sing slower and hold longer)
4 turkey legs, 3 scoops of ice cream, 2 pieces of bacon and Mickey's macaroni and cheese.
On the seventh day of the Disney Cruise my parents made me say... Goodbye to Tita, Maria, Lito and Yoki!

This seriously brought tears to my eyes. We were all so sad it was our last night!

Celebration Dinner

Our last dinner on the boat was..... DELICIOUS! I think everyone agreed that the food was the best that night. My meal was amazing and I even tasted a few bites of others and it all tasted so good. Dessert was Baked Alaska... one of my favorites. My only complaint was that my piece was not big enough. We loved our waiters so much. Tita, Yoki, Maria and Lito were so good to us the whole trip and it was so sad that was our last night with them. They showed us magic tricks, memorized our drink preferences, told jokes and just provided a great experience every night. Brinlee was so funny because she only wanted Tita to hold her. This was even funnier (not to Sheri) but, the baby club finally had to tell Sheri that Brinlee wanted to come out (after crying for a LONG time). So, Sheri went and got her and then Brinlee only wanted Tita. We also got to meet Tita's husband Steven who was another waiter on the boat. I looked forward to dinner every night and a major part of that had to do with our amazing waiters!

Friendship Rocks

This couple was super awesome... I think they only yelled at us once.
This is the big stage and theater where we watched the shows every night. Well, on the last night on the boat the kids do a performance. They all get matching shirts- (the big kids had blue shirts, and the little kids had yellow shirts and this time the theme was Friendship Rocks). The older kids are in the back and the younger kids are in the front. In the pictures you can see Beau, Lauren, Ella and Blake. They all thought they were so cool to be on the Disney stage in the Walt Disney Theater.

The Most Magical Moment

This was hands down the most magical moment for me on the Disney Cruise. We dropped off the older kids in the Oceaneer Lab and had to take the younger ones to the Oceaneer Club. We turned around (we only had Tatum and Lauren with us) and standing there were Snow White, Peter Pan and Cinderella. There was no one else around. For 20 minutes Lauren had all 3 of them all to herself. They talked with her, laughed with her, hugged her and posed for all the pictures we wanted. WoW! Lauren was in little girl princess heaven... so was her mother. What a great experience and once in a lifetime! She got to meet the REAL Snow White, Peter Pan and Cinderella and have them all to herself. I wish she would remember that moment forever... I know I will.

All the Wonder of the Disney Cruise

During the cruise these 3 kiddos were more or less with me all the time. Except when they were in the kids club. I love having kids this age and being able to share and experience all the magic and wonder that all things Disney brings! Chase enjoyed his time in the Tween Club and I am so happy that he got to experience that and then to hear about all the fun that he was having! I love to spend time with my kids and I love to see them have a great time! It is so fun to see all the magic thru their eyes.

Last Day at Sea... Rock and Roll Swimming

Just a random run-in picture with Goofy!

The last day at sea was cold and rockin'! The kids had the best time in the pool. Every time the boat rocked it took the kids from side to side. (These pictures don't even do it justice). The kids were laughing and having the best time as they went from one side of the pool to the other. Blake said this was one of his most favorite things on the cruise.

At Sea, Playhouse Disney and the Do-Si-Do With Snow White

We started out our day hoping we would be sitting by the pool enjoying a pina colada but, the weather was quite cold... very cold... blanket and hot chocolate weather. So, we decided to check out a lot of the activities going on on the boat. We first went to the Playhouse Disney Dance Time. Lauren loved it and danced away with Beau and Brinlee. After that Blake went to a vegetable race. Belle won an award for most unique name.... "Spud" Lightyear! I thought that was really clever.

Then, Julz and I took Lauren, Beau and Ella to do the Do Si Do with Snow White. Poor Lauren was still not feeling great but she was a trooper and still enjoyed the show with Snow White. Even though we were missing out on the outdoors of the boat we had a great time experiencing all the things that were going on inside the boat!
