"Families are as diverse as individuals. The activities they do together vary, but one thing is true for all of them: "In family relationships love is really spelled t-i-m-e, time." Whether family members get together for scheduled outings, sharing interests, or serving others, these gatherings strengthen relationships that can be eternal."
President Dieter F. Uchtdorf

We had a GREAT 4th of July... We hope you did too!
We had a great 4th this year!  We went to Grandpa and Grandma Heywood's for a BBQ.  Steak, chicken, potatoes, salad, fruit, homemade ice cream and cookies from Paradise Bakery...so delicious!!!!!  Then the kids swam in the blow up pool.  Around 8:30pm we went swimming.  It was so much fun.  We could see fireworks from the top of the rock slide.  It was a great day!!!

Time Flies By...

June 2007
June 2008
June 2009
We took this picture SEVERAL times.  We could not remember who was on the right and the left.  Hey, at least Sheri remembered she was in the middle!  This is the order we should be in according to age- Ella, Beau and Lauren.  I think we may have to change our order to this picture from now on.  We aren't going to get younger and our memories are only going to get worse.

These pictures are some of my most favorite.  It is so fun to have cousins the same age.  My sister-in-law pointed out how sad it will be when we are no longer able to hold these babies in these pictures because they will be too big. (That will be a sad day!)  So for now I will treasure these pictures and hope that time quits flying by so quickly.

14 GRANDKIDS!

Take 1- (this was actually the best of them all)
Starting with the oldest- Right to Left
Kaden, Chase, Belle, Brylee, Branson, Hayden, Kayla, Brock, Blake, Tatum, Ella, Beau, Lauren and Conner!
Take 2- losing a few of the babies
Take 3- completely lost the babies... Oh well, we tried.
The babies.
We tried so hard to get a picture of all 14 grandkids together.  Let's just say....it did not work out too well.  Maybe we'll try again someday!

There's No Other Place I'd Rather Be...

Like It...
Love It...
Can't get enough of it...
Can't live without it!

There really is no other place I'd rather be than on the beach with my kids.  It is my heaven on earth.  I love to see them have such a fun time and enjoy it just as much as I do.  We have been coming to the condo since I was 8.  It is now so strange to think that my kids have been coming here their whole life.  They love to be here and so do I.  I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather be.

The Babies

Blake and Lauren- "The Babies"

The Big Crash
Right after- smiling and thinking it was so fun!

We call the younger 2 kids- "the babies".  It is so funny to see friends that I have not seen in awhile and they see Blake and Lauren.  They are surprised to see that Chase and Hayden never grew up.  LOL!  Blake and Lauren look just like Chase and Hayden when they were younger.  There is the same age space and they look so much like them.  I have my 2 little pairs of kids-- "The Babies" and "The Big Kids"
